Australian owned and operated. Athena is built and run by Aristos, an Australian company — but "Australian-owned" is a fact about who runs the business, not a claim about where your data sits, so we keep those separate. Model inference for Free, Pro and Business currently runs on our own GPU in Prague, EU, because Australian GPU capacity isn't available to us yet — that's the roadmap, not today's reality. Frontier Access credit (OpenAI, Anthropic and similar) routes through OpenRouter, which is US-based infrastructure. AU-only data residency is something we can scope for Enterprise engagements, not something any plan gets by default. See exactly where your data goes.
